CPR - FAQ
Q: How long does this certification last?
A: The certification offered by our courses last 2 years. Once your certification is about to expire, you will need to register for a renewal class prior to the expiration date that will be shown on your card.
Q: What should I bring with me to the class?
A: If you are a first time CPR student with no prior certification, you do not need to bring anything with you to the class if you have registered and paid through our website. If you are renewing your certification, please bring your current CPR/BLS card with you to the class.
Q: What if I have to reschedule?
A: If you have a conflict with the time and date of the course you have registered for, please contact Andrea at least 7 days prior to the start date of the course to reschedule.
Q: What is your cancellation/ refund policy?
A: Due to scheduling/size of classes, refunds will only be given if we receive notice of cancellation more than 7 days prior to class date. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING FOR ANY STUDENTS WHO DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE CLASS THEY REGISTERED FOR UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.
