CPR FAQ

Q: HOW LONG DOES THIS CERTIFICATION LAST?

A: The certification offered by our courses last 2 years. Once your certification is about to expire, you will need to register for a renewal class prior to the expiration date that will be shown on your card.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO THE CLASS?

A: If you are a first time CPR student with no prior certification, you do not need to bring anything with you to the class if you have registered and paid through our website. If you are renewing your certification, please bring your current CPR/BLS card with you to the class.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE?

A: If you have a conflict with the time and date of the course you have registered for, please contact Andrea at least 7 days prior to the start date of the course to reschedule.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY?

A: Due to scheduling/size of classes, refunds will only be given if we receive notice of cancellation more than 7 days prior to class date.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING FOR ANY STUDENTS WHO DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE CLASS THEY REGISTERED FOR UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.

Q: HOW CAN I BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR?

A: Our instructors consist of current and retired fire fighters. If you are interested in becoming an instructor, please contact Andrea.

Q: WHAT IS THE ADDRESS/LOCATION OF THE CLASS?

A: Our classes are held at 10405 San Diego Mission Rd., Suite 101, San Diego, CA 92108.

Q: WHAT TIMES ARE THE CLASSES HELD?

A: First-timer CPR classes are held from 9am-1pm on the scheduled date of the class. Renewal classes are held from 9am-12pm on the scheduled date of the class.

Q: IF MY CARD HAS EXPIRED, DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE FIRST-TIMER'S CLASS AGAIN?

A: Yes

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CARD?

A: Cards are mailed out the following Monday morning after the class via USPS, so you should expect to receive your card within 5 days upon completing the course. If you need an expedited electronic copy, please Contact Us with your request.
