BURN INSTITUTE UPDATE

Originally shared: TUESDAY, 13 AUGUST 2019 | I'm pleased to share that Camp Beyond the Scars was a tremendous success! We had 34 campers, plus 6 Leaders in Training enjoy a week of summer fun in a new venue. The Palomar Mountain site was very rustic and alpine. Yes, we had a few bug bites, and the fish were difficult to catch, but we were happy to have secured the facility and their staff treated us well. The staff and counselors did an amazing job showing support, patience, energy and the by-product was a lot of fun.
